aAmie
Dental Assistant

Amie has been a part of Dr. Patterson’s team since 1997.

“Going to the dentist as a child was always such a great experience.  I have always wanted a career where I would be helping others.  I felt that the dental field could be both fun and rewarding at the same time.  Everyday we have the opportunity to help our patients either feel better and/or look better by fulfilling their dental needs.  Dentistry has definitely been the right career choice for me.”

cCharlene
Dental Hygienist

Charlene has been a part of Dr. Patterson’s team since 1978.

“My interest in dentistry began at an early age when I went to the dentist.  I was curious about all the “tools” the dentist used.  By the time I was in the eighth grade, I had decided to be a dental hygienist.  After that nothing distracted me from my goal.  Dental hygiene is a profession that suits my personality.  The relationship with the patients keeps me encouraged.  I wouldn’t want to do anything else.”

cCheryl
Practice Administrator

Cheryl has been a part of Dr. Patterson’s team since 2001.

“I have worked in the dental field for over 25 years.  The majority of that time was spent in oral surgery.  I worked as an assistant for 18 years before shifting into the practice administration role.  I find general dentistry more rewarding because we help patients achieve their dental goals and help them feel good about their smile.  The impact this has on a person’s life is its own reward.”

Leslie
Practice Administrator

Leslie has been a part of Dr. Patterson’s team since 2005.

“I can remember going to the dentist as a child and thinking how great it would be to work in the dental field.  When I was old enough, my dentist put me to work.  20 years have passed and I still think it is great working in the dental field.  I spent 15 years as a clinical assistant before taking on the role of practice administrator.  I have seen a great deal of advancement take place in dentistry over the years, and have loved being a part of it.  When you are able to give a patient the smile they’ve always wanted, you change their life.  To me, that’s what it’s all about!”

kimKim
Dental Assistant

Kim has been a part of Dr. Patterson’s team since 2007.

"I have been a dental assistant for seven years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have seen many patients who think their mouth is a lost cause. I love when I can inform them that it’s not hopeless. Many patients who have a lot of dental needs are unaware of the options available. Most patients think that since their teeth are broken or have a lot of decay that their only option is dentures and that’s not always the case. I thrive on helping others understand their dental needs and how to repair their smile. I can’t wait to help you with yours."
