William L. Patterson, DDS

Dr. Patterson was born in Jacksonville, FL in 1951. He graduated from
The Bolles School
in 1969 and
Wofford College
in 1973. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental.
From there he went to Emory University School of
Dentistry and was awarded the Mosby Scholarship Book
Award for Scholastic Excellence for the year 1976.
While at Emory Dr. Patterson was a member of the Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Patterson now resides in Jacksonville and has two children, Caroline and Mac. He is a member of the Jacksonville Dental Society,
Florida Dental Association, and
American Dental Association.
He served as Secretary of the Jacksonville Dental Study
Club from 1984-1985 and later served as President from
1985-1986. Dr. Patterson is also a Lifetime Honorary
Member of the
Florida Sheriff’s Association.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Patterson enjoys hunting, boating, and fishing. He is also a member of the Mandarin United Methodist Church.
