William L. Patterson, DDS

Dr. Patterson graduated from The Bolles School in 1969 and Wofford College in 1973.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental.  From there he went to Emory University School of Dentistry and was awarded the Mosby Scholarship Book Award for Scholastic Excellence for the year 1976.  While at Emory Dr. Patterson was a member of the Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity.

Dr. Patterson now resides in Jacksonville and has two children, Caroline and Mac.  He is a member of the Jacksonville Dental Society, Florida Dental Association, and American Dental Association . He served as Secretary of the Jacksonville Dental Study Club from 1984-1985 and later served as President from 1985-1986.  Dr. Patterson is also a Lifetime Honorary Member of the Florida Sheriff’s Association. Dr. Patterson was voted one of Northeast Florida's top dentists by Jacksonville Magazine.

Aside from dentistry, Dr. Patterson enjoys hunting, boating, and fishing.  He is also a member of the Mandarin United Methodist Church. 

Dr. Lacy Holzinger

Dr. Lacy Holzinger graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2008. She received the Quintessence Award in Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry and the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics Outstanding Senior Award. She was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. She continued her training by completing an Advanced Education for General Dentistry Residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. This intensive program provided training in complex and comprehensive dental cases including periodontal and oral surgery as well as implant dentistry. Dr. Holzinger is also certified in Invisalign, a clear alternative to braces. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Holzinger is excited about returning to Florida and serving the patients at San Marco Dentistry. She is one of three children and the first to follow her father’s footsteps into dentistry. She and her fiancé, Rich, enjoy boating, the beach and spending time with friends and family.
